Provide 24/7 system availability to the bank application and services, Support bank users by maintaining the infrastructure system and services on effective manner.
Responsibilities
Users Access Control of all Applications

User creation

User profile access

User password control
-
User re-activation, deactivation and setoff

Verify and apply bank’s access metrics policy
Backup management for core banking systems and applications

Tapes BKP transfer to ODP, COM and Barka branch based on request
-
Monthly offsite BKP tapes verification (Barka Branch)
-
Backup Monitoring and follow-up with concern team in case of failures
Monitoring process for core banking system and other applications

Application Server System Usage

Host Connectivity (iMAL and IRIS)
-
Oman net Link Status
-
MasterCard Link Status
-
SMS Alert
-
SAB Files upload Status
-
ATM & CCDM Status

Speech log recording

Server Room

Replication status between PROD & DR & reports servers
End of Day Process for IMAL

Initiate End of Day (EOD) Process daily.

Ensure all users are balanced (Active Transaction Report)

Reporting pending transactions to relevant users and their managers

Check EOD Process failure report (Exception Report)

Send EOD Process status notification email to the team

Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science
Experience
-
Minimum of 1 year experience or fresh graduate
