IT Planning Analyst

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracting activities, from requirements gathering to contract close-out.
• Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality contractual documents in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders—including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Supply, and Legal—to ensure contractual clarity, accuracy, and alignment.
• Oversee the execution of contracts and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Provide guidance and support to Contract Owners and Representatives during the tendering phase, through coordination with the Supply Focal Point and Legal to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support Contract Owners during the contract execution phase by ensuring timely procurement processing, accurate SAP transactions, and alignment of procurement activities with the approved IT budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Ensure contract close-out activities are executed accurately and on time, in compliance with established policies and closure requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout all stages of the contract lifecycle, promoting effective communication and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic input on sourcing strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives and procurement of best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct comprehensive contract and supplier evaluations to ensure value delivery, performance compliance, and achievement of business objectives across all contractual engagements.
