Job Summary / Overview
The IT PMO will mainly be involved in the Business-as-Usual operation of the Systems team (2nd and 3rd Line).
This consists of handling incoming requests via Service Desk, email, chat and being a contact point for the rest of IT. Pending skills, experience and training there is an opportunity to participate in other responsibilities of the Systems team. This could include the implementation of new solutions, maintenance of live infrastructure, decommission of old systems and providing professional support and knowledge of Teleperformance IT systems to internal business units and clients. The IT PMO will help maintain the optimal operational environment of the Teleperformance IT Systems by regular monitoring and managing logs for auditing purposes.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Lead projects from inception to close, with superb planning and communication skills to establish timelines, prioritize work, and manage expectations.

Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence up to C-level.

Ensure effective and clear communication of projects and developments in progress.

Create and centralize documentation required to direct the delivery of the projects (process mapping, requirements, proposal documents, etc).

Ensure appropriate approval and project phase management.
-
Analyze key processes in search of strategies that generate the improvement of processes.
-
Facilitate productive discussions to establish requirements and consider design alternatives with multi-functional teams.

Write, approve and prioritize user stories and clearly document requirements with a solid business understanding and strong attention to detail.

Guide delivery team to execute on defined requirements, remove blocking issues from day-to-day operations of the team, and identify and communicate risks.

Comfortable presentation to internal stakeholders (peer and executives) on project strategy, deliverables and outputs.

Qualifications and requirements:
Personal competencies

Experience of implementing systems and process changes to a large employee base.

Ability to lead others (non-direct reports) to meet project objectives, overcome issues and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence and Power BI.

Problem-solving skills and abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverable.

Strong documentation skills to collaborate across local and global teams.

Excellent disposition for teamwork.

Assertive, verbal and written communication skills
Required IT skills:

5+ years of experience in project management role.

Experience in IT/Cloud or Security projects is desirable.
