Position Summary:

We are hiring a Manager – Procurement (Software/Hardware) to support sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution for IT-related purchases including software licenses, SaaS, hardware, and IT services. This is a hands-on, strategic lead role suited for professionals with 7–10 years of procurement experience focused on smaller to mid-sized agreements and tier 2 suppliers.

You will independently manage procurement projects from intake through contracting, in partnership with IT, legal, and finance stakeholders across the globe.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing for smaller-scale software, SaaS, hardware, and IT services contracts
Support strategy development, market research, and supplier identification
Prepare and run RFx events (RFPs/RFQs), manage supplier communication, and evaluate proposals
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for tier 2 and lower-complexity agreements
Collaborate with legal on contract drafting and compliance reviews
Maintain supplier documentation, contracts, and spend tracking in procurement systems
Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed
Ensure alignment with internal procurement policies and processes
Deliver reporting and presentation materials related to sourcing progress and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

7–10 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally with IT categories (software, hardware, SaaS)
Familiarity with IT licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS) and OEM/vendor ecosystems
Experience negotiating with smaller or regional technology vendors is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field required
Experience supporting global teams and offshore delivery models preferred
