Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering,
• At least 2 years’ experience in information technology areas,
• Preferably having experience in information technology areas,
• Preferably command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication and analytic skills,
• self-disciplined, result-oriented team player, with planning and organizational skills,
• advanced computer skills, MS Office programs,
• Having business mindset and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Preferably experienced in software, license, hardware, IT consultancy, outsourcing, call center, GSM and line.
• To ensure delivery on-time for requested products and services by considering their quality, price and delivery standarts,
• collecting an offer, making benchmark for unit price of materials,
• Carrying out supplier relations and conducting supplier research on a regular basis for current and new purchases,
• Developing alternative products and suppliers by conducting market research,
• Planning and organization of purchasing processes,
• Helping the manager about products and services and contributing to purchasing projects,
• Preparing periodic reports of Information Technology Procurement management.
