IT Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee and maintain our organization's entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, system reliability, and technical support across all devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewalls
• Oversee public sharing networks and ensure secure access protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Ensure timely updates, backups, and antivirus protection across systems
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software and networking issues
• Email domain configurations, resolve email delivery issues, and manage user accounts
• Monitor and maintain ERP servers for optimal uptime and performance
• Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and IP cameras
• Ensure secure storage and accessibility of surveillance footage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
