IT Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of infrastructure and technology projects for Entech clients. This role works closely with Project Engineers and client stakeholders to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and technology initiatives across multiple client environments.

Projects may include workstation deployments, Microsoft 365 migrations, network upgrades, hardware installations, and security initiatives. The IT Project Coordinator ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated between engineers and clients.
