IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives supporting our courier operations. You will manage system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience across the UK and India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects, including shipment tracking systems, CRM, and warehouse management software.
• Ensure IT systems support daily courier operations and cross-border workflows.
• Manage software/hardware implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with operations teams in the UK and India for system integration.
• Oversee IT vendors and third-party platform relationships.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Ensure secure data management and compliance.
• Supervise IT support staff and coordinate with development teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in logistics or courier services.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, shipment tracking, and logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of databases, cloud solutions, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-border team coordination skills.

Location: Bandra West – Near Lucky Hotel

Compensation: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
