Job Title: IT Project Management Lead
Job Purpose:
Lead, oversee, and ensure successful delivery of single or multiple IT projects within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, while managing changes dynamically to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison & Communication: Analyze project proposals, develop plans, identify resources, schedule deliverables, implement communication plans, assess risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Management: Manage projects end-to-end, develop plans and documentation, delegate tasks, resolve team conflicts, track dependencies, manage scope changes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Acquisition & Deployment: Estimate resources, prepare budgets, and coordinate personnel assignments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
- 10–12 years’ experience in application implementation in banking, preferably UAE/KSA markets with knowledge of Central Bank regulations.
- Experience managing Waterfall and Agile projects, including Agile transformation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and political sensitivity.
- Familiarity with project management tools/software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Projects completed on time and within budget.
- Effective stakeholder communication and risk identification.
- Minimal deviation between estimated and actual cost/schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: BD1,500.000 - BD2,000.000 per month
Experience:
