IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated IT HR Recruiter (Fresher or up to 1 year experience) to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.

Relevant Skills:

Recruitment Skills

• IT job profiling (developer, tester, support roles, etc.)
• Resume screening & shortlisting
• Interview coordination
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Communication Skills

• Clear verbal and written communication
• Email drafting
• Follow-up and negotiation skills

Technical & HR Tools

• MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – basics
• LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
