Role Overview

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Handle offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of tech roles (developers, testers, designers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Interview Details

  • Mode: Face-to-Face only
  • Timings: 10 AM to 12 PM sharp
  • Venue: Capital Park, 101 - Jaihind Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad
