Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR – IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring IT and Digital Marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing the right talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source and hire for IT roles such as Mobile Developers, Web Developers, Frontend Developers etc.
• Recruit for Digital Marketing roles such as SEO, PPC Specialists, and Content Writers.
• Use job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA HR preferred).
• Proven hands-on experience in IT & Digital Marketing recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,854.18 - ₹29,826.12 per month

Work Location: In person
