We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Adajan, Surat.

Position: HR (IT Recruiter) – Female
Location: Adajan, Surat

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Presentable and good personality.
• Age: 20 to 30 years.
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting).
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Managing candidate pipeline and maintaining recruitment databases.
• Handling onboarding formalities and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
