About the Role:

• As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for our clients.
• You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR/IT preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in IT recruitment (Freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with technical skills and IT job roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
