Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions — from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates using various channels — Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, GitHub, and Boolean searches.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring technology roles.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and applicant database (ATS).
  • Handle salary negotiation, offer management, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on latest trends in technology hiring, tools, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and data protection regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,899.48 - ₹41,156.25 per month
