Job Role:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, recruitment best practices, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs.
Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding processes.
Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
1+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Strong knowledge of technology roles and related skill sets.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong networking skills and talent sourcing expertise.
Understanding of employment laws and diversity hiring practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with coding languages, frameworks, and certifications.
Prior experience in global recruitment or remote hiring.
Employer branding and talent marketing experience.
What We Offer:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
