Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT hiring. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ technical and communication skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Support HR team with recruitment documentation and onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT job roles (training will be provided)
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Computer Science, or related fields preferred)
