IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
• Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
