HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Location: Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer rollouts and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment reports, and documentation.
• Support employer branding and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
