IT Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Jaipur. If you have a deep understanding of the Domestic IT Recruitment landscape and a proven track record in C2H staffing, we would love to connect with you.

About the Role: You will be responsible for identifying top-tier technical talent and managing the transition from contract to permanent roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full lifecycle for IT roles, focusing on C2H models and lateral hiring.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and advanced Boolean searches to find niche talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers to define technical competencies and candidate personas.
• C2H Transition: Manage the conversion process and documentation for contract-to-permanent transitions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a "warm" pipeline of qualified professionals to reduce Time-to-Hire.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in IT Recruitment.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for Indian IT Service providers or Product companies.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss technical project scopes with ease.
• Tools: Hands-on expertise with Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Jaipur.
