Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy IT Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of IT hiring, enjoys working with people, and excels at managing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
• Source and screen candidates for technical roles using various platforms
• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and employer branding initiatives
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and hiring needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably in IT or tech hiring
• Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
