Job Title: IT Sales
Location: UAE

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales or telesales, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with business clients in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Present company services professionally and handle client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and support
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE with a valid own residency visa
  • Candidates requiring sponsorship, visa transfer, or still under process will not be considered
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, or recruitment consultancy
  • UAE sales experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems for at least 6 months is mandatory
  • (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, Bitrix, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Candidate must clearly mention the CRM platform previously used
  • Immediate joiners or candidates available within 2 weeks are preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in an office environment
