Job Title: IT Sales Consultant – Software Solutions & Consulting (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based industry. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving B2B sales of software solutions and IT consulting services. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and scraping tools
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a solid sales pipeline
• Organize and manage client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities
• Present and promote tailored software solutions that meet client requirements
• Negotiate, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT services and consulting solutions
• Coordinate closely with internal and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based industry
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, lead scraping platforms, and outreach automation tools
• Good understanding of software implementation cycles and client onboarding processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
