Job Details

• Position: Sales Coordinator
• Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Salary: SAR 6,000 per month
• Location: Saudi Arabia
• Eligibility: This role is part of a Saudization initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate effective sales processes
• Maintain and update client records, sales data, and reports in an organized manner
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs
• Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calls, and meeting schedules
• Follow up on sales orders and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Saudi National (Saudization role)
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred
• Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
