IT Sales Executive

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (preferably in digital marketing/IT industry).
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional networking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Outreach Executive with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or IT services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation and client acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and direct communication with prospects.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and familiarity with digital marketing and IT solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to expand our client base and nurture long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Research and identify prospects, industries, and organizations that align with our services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, effectively communicating our digital marketing and IT solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for potential clients.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, paid ads, or IT service offerings (helpful but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
