IT Sales Executive

Comfort IT Solutions is looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and IoT.
The candidate should have hands-on technical understanding and a proven ability to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IoT applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and solution documents.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in IT security, AI-powered tools, automation, and cloud services.
• Maintain organized sales pipelines and reports through CRM tools.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience in Qatar.
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC, MDR, etc.)
• Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Networking (LAN/WAN, wireless, routing, switching)
• Servers, storage, and backup solutions
• IoT and automation systems (optional but desirable)
• AI-based business tools or software (a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or Malayalam preferred.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented personality with strong closing skills.

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Cloud Solutions
• Fortinet NSE / Sophos / Palo Alto Networks certifications
• CompTIA Security+ / Network+
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or IoT Fundamentals
