About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, confident Sales Development Representative to own outreach and lead generation for the GCC market. This is a prospecting role. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting prospects into booked meetings. We provide the tools and support. You are expected to deliver pipeline, meetings, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads across UAE and other GCC markets.
  • Take full ownership of prospecting, including researching accounts, building target lists, and sourcing new leads.
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to decision makers.
  • Use tools such as Apollo and Clay for prospecting, list building, sequencing, and structured follow ups.
  • Maintain an active pipeline in the CRM and ensure accurate tracking of all activities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
  • Identify new business opportunities through focused research and personalized outreach.
  • Report on key metrics such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline created.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech and IT services.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and sourcing your own leads, not only working inbound.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Hands on experience with cold calling, outbound emailing, and CRM management.
  • Comfortable working with prospecting and automation tools such as Apollo, Clay, and similar platforms.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, meetings, and pipeline generated.
