Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Dubai Office

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Research and target key decision-makers in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, IT, and healthcare.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for self-service kiosks, Odoo ERP, and software testing services.

Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Present product and service solutions tailored to client challenges and objectives.
  • Conduct online product demos, webinars, and presentations as needed.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information to prospects.
  • Coordinate with account managers to transition leads seamlessly to the next stage of the sales cycle.

Performance Tracking

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in technology or software services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, IT, or a related field.
  • Language: Arabic Speaking and English

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Understanding of self-service kiosks, ERP systems (e.g., Odoo), and software testing services is a plus.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
