Demonstrated analytical ability to assess and understand complex customer issues within a broader context. Proficient in adhering to SOPs and escalating incidents within defined SLAs.

Technical Proficiencies:

Networking:

• Proficient with basic network commands for troubleshooting desktop and laptop connectivity issues.

Server Management:

• Strong command-line skills across various operating systems.

• Understanding of virtualization technologies, OS installation (client/server), workgroup, and domain configurations.

• Experienced in system support tasks such as OS installation, user-level command execution, and local user/group management.

• Skilled in software and basic patch installation.

Storage & Backup:

• Ability to monitor enterprise storage and backup solutions.

• Skilled in monitoring tools for storage and backup environments.

• Proficient in using ticketing systems for incident tracking and resolution.

Database:

• Capable of writing or modifying SQL queries to meet business needs.

• Understanding of data modeling and the distinction between OLTP and data warehouse environments.

• Familiar with storage hardware, management techniques, and related software.

• Ability to optimize table structures to reduce storage usage.

End-User Computing:

• Confident in handling end-user calls and managing service requests via ticketing tools.

• Proficient in Active Directory (AD) and antivirus management.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for a wide range of end-user issues.
