About the Role
We are hiring IT Support Engineers to provide day-to-day end-user and desktop support. You will be responsible for handling technical issues, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for colleagues and clients. Strong communication skills are key, as you will be directly assisting users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and applications.
• Resolve hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in all support interactions.
• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or willing to complete within 6 months of employment by themselves.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Weekend work may be required.
