IT _ Recruitment_Service Delivery Executive

We are looking for a Service Delivery Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, engineers, and internalteams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills to ensure service quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the service delivery team.

Coordinate engineer dispatch for on-site tasks (SLA / NBD / project-based calls).

Ensure timely task completion, reporting, and documentation.

Track and monitor ongoing recruitment tickets through internal systems.

Monthly attendance for Full-Time-Employee on Contracts.

Maintain daily communication with IT engineers and clients to ensure smooth service flow.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Escalate and resolve operational issues promptly.

Support the recruitment team in aligning available IT engineers as per service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BS-CS, BS-IT, BBA or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or coordination (Must in IT).
  • Resource Coordination Between ( IT Engineers, Backup Technical Support and Full-Time-Employee as IT Engineers and IT contractors).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment and Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
