Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT & Social Media Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, domains, networks, and day-to-day technical support requirements. The successful candidate will also assist in managing the company's digital presence through social media platforms and online marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Responsibilities

• Manage company domains, hosting services, email accounts, and website administration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system security, backups, and data protection measures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and applications.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company's social media accounts and online platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Coordinate with management to develop marketing content and communication strategies.
• Maintain website content and ensure information is up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of domain management, networking, hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with website management, hosting platforms, and email systems.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 3,000 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Benefits as per company policy and Qatar Labor Law.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
