Key Responsibilities1. Odoo Implementation & Development
- Lead implementation and configuration of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, POS).
- Customize Odoo based on business requirements using Python and XML.
- Develop new modules and enhance existing functionalities.
- Manage Odoo upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
2. System Integration
- Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms:
- Food delivery apps (Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, etc.)
- Payment gateways
- POS systems
- Ensure real-time data synchronization between platforms.
3. F&B / Cloud Kitchen Operations Support
- Configure recipes (BOM), costing, and menu management.
- Support kitchen order management system (KDS).
- Optimize inventory tracking (raw materials, wastage, batch control).
- Support multi-branch / multi-kitchen operations.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Design dashboards and reports for:
- Sales performance
- Food cost & variance
- Inventory movement
- Profitability analysis
- Support management with data-driven insights.
5. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Provide user support and training to staff.
6. Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows and recommend automation solutions.
- Improve efficiency across procurement, production, and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP (implementation & development).
- Strong programming skills in Python, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
