Position Summary:
The position is responsible for following:
This role involves approximately 50% responsibility in management/security-related tasks, including security policy management, security communications, security training, and certificate renewal. The remaining responsibilities include HQ system management, issue handling, and support for deep learning-related activities.
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
Corporate:

EHS:

Manage department within the policies, procedures and common safety goals for both the department and all of HTGP.

Lead all HTGP employees in safety through personal demonstration of HTGP standards.
Technical: (applied HTGP & HTSales)

Leads a team of support personnel who troubleshoot IT issues

Maintains system applications (VRS, HQ system and so on)
-
Manage and maintain security policies and related documentation
-
Coordinate and distribute security announcements and communications
-
Plan and conduct security training and awareness programs
-
Manage certificate lifecycle, including renewal and compliance
-
Support HQ system operations, maintenance, and administration
-
Monitor and respond to system-related issues in coordination with HQ

Assist with deep learning-related tasks, including development support and implementation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and security compliance

Help manager lead and manage day-to-day operations and documents
-
Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner.

Analyze IT specifications to assess security risks

Install, configure and upgrade security software (e.g. antivirus programs)

Monitor network activity to identify issues early and communicate them to IT teams
-
Act on privacy breaches and malware threats
Leadership:

Assist in any special project assigned to all Departments.

Education
-
B.B.A. Management Information Systems or related degree
-
1-2 years in IT or Business Systems. No prior experience required.

Experience in management/security is preferred.
-
Experience in deep learning is considered an advantage.
Equivalent work related experience (equivalency is figured generally as 2 years’ experience equaling 1 year of formal education) may be considered in addition to the “Position Requirement”.
