IT Specialist – Zoho Platform

We are looking for an IT Specialist with Zoho experience to implement, customize, and manage Zoho applications across the organization, working closely with business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects

Build custom modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting

Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via APIs and Zoho Flow

Manage data migration and integrity across Zoho modules

Provide technical support and train end-users on Zoho tools

Gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

1+ year of hands-on Zoho experience (CRM, Zoho One, Books, Desk, or similar)

Basic knowledge of Zoho customization and workflows

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Zoho CRM Certified Administrator or Developer

Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
