• Provide timely and effective technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
• Respond to requests via, phone, email, chat, and accurately document incidents and resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a clear, understandable manner.
• Install, configure, and update computer operating systems, applications, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Perform remote troubleshooting for off-site employees.
• Assist with IT inventory management for hardware and software.
• Basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• CCTV Installation & confuguration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
