Job Title: IT Support / IT Specialist (Minimum 2 Years Experience)

About Us:
We are a growing real estate firm in Abu Dhabi looking for a skilled IT professional to manage and support our technology systems, ensuring smooth operations across our team and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Manage property management software, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Monitor IT systems and security to prevent downtime or data breaches.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain data backup, storage, and recovery processes.
• Assist in implementing new IT solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide user training and support for staff on IT systems and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in IT support or IT administration, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS environments, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, and office productivity tools.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with VoIP systems, CCTV, or smart office technology.
• Knowledge of UAE IT regulations and cybersecurity standards.
