IT Support

Rock Chip Technology is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in IT support operations, including software, hardware, and networking. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to clients and internal users
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support operating systems (Windows), MS Office, email systems, and common business applications
• Manage basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration)
• Perform system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance
• Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and IT assets
• Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers when required
• Provide on-site and off-site support as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Support or a similar role
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)
• Operating systems (Windows)
• MS Office and common business software
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, switches)

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Professional attitude with customer-service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
