IT Support Assistant (Part-Time)

Work Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 24 hours per week

How You Will Be Rewarded

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match with immediate vesting), HSA & FSA, employer-paid Life & AD&D benefits, and Tuition Reimbursement (benefits eligibility may vary based on part-time status)

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues

Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, devices, and software applications

Manage and prioritize IT support requests while maintaining accurate documentation

Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with device setup for new hires

Provide basic training and guidance to staff on company systems and technology

Collaborate with the IT Specialist to improve system reliability, processes, and technology operations

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common business applications

Experience troubleshooting technical issues and assisting end users with technology

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical training, certifications, or prior IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, operating systems, and basic networking concepts preferred
