IT Support Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Assistant to support the daily operations of our IT department. The IT Assistant will help in maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing basic IT support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in user account management (emails, system access, passwords).
• Monitor systems and report technical problems to senior IT staff.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Ensure data security and follow IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common office software.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
