About the Role:

As an IT Support Associate at AIO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth operation of our internal IT systems and infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of end-user support, systems administration, and IT security, providing both hands-on technical assistance and operational support across the organization.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows, Mac, Linux).
  • Provide first-level and escalated end-user support, including device setup and maintenance.
  • Manage hardware/software inventories and assist with Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless networks.
  • Manage firewalls, VPNs, and enforce endpoint security via Microsoft Intune.
  • Monitor and escalate Microsoft Defender security alerts.
  • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user administration and access control.
  • Assist with conditional access policies and identity security practices.
  • Maintain records of IT incidents and solutions.
  • Assist in drafting SOPs for operations and security compliance.

  • IT support & troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, Firewall).
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Hardware and software asset management.
  • Microsoft Intune (MDM, compliance policies).
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user management & access control.
  • Microsoft Defender (endpoint security monitoring).
  • VPN, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
