IT Support Engineer

Smart Brains BPO is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Support Engineer to manage and support our internal IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a service-oriented mindset, and experience managing systems in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, networks, and internal applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and reliability.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and basic server functions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and escalations.
• Ensure timely backup management and data security protocols.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation for all equipment and systems.
• Support office devices including printers, IP phones, routers, and CCTV (if required).

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role (BPO experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with basic server management, LAN/WAN, and cloud tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle technical issues calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
• Willingness to work in the evening shift (5:00 PM – 12:00 AM).

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift)
