IT Support Engineer

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, provide reliable technical support, and maintain secure systems within a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
• Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with antivirus systems, firewalls, and data backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic server management is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
