IT Support Engineer

Hiring: IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our Corporate (DIH) team. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, provide user support, and maintain system efficiency in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, implement, and decommission IT hardware, software, and infrastructure components
• Perform cabling, wiring, and equipment setup as per approved standards and plans
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; escalate complex problems when required
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and system changes
• Provide first-line IT support and respond to user requests in line with SLA requirements
• Document installation activities, test results, and system updates as per procedures
• Assist in evaluating change requests and investigating system faults
• Ensure systems are updated with security patches to minimize cybersecurity risks
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders when necessary
• Allocate and escalate support tickets to senior team members when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or ITIL are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and IT service management practices
• Good understanding of hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support end users effectively
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
