Role Overview
The IT Support Engineer provides technical support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth IT operations while managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Microsoft 365
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and warranty support
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6months -1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
