Configuring user profile – onboarding (Outlook, share folders mapping, printer configuration etc.) Software installation and issue resolution Network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) Endpoint & Device Management Endpoint Central / device management operations Enrollment and management of Android and iOS devices in MDM Patch management and basic endpoint compliance support Asset & Software Management IT asset procurement coordination and tracking Software procurement, license management and license renewals Asset lifecycle management (allocation, tracking, disposal) Apple Device Support Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Apple devices including MacBook, iMac, iPhone, and iPad Enrollment and management of Apple devices in MDM solutions Support for macOS and iOS updates, patches, and security configurations Installation and troubleshooting of business and design applications on Apple devices User account setup, data migration, backup, and restore support for Apple devices Basic hardware diagnostics and coordination with authorized service providers for repairs and warranty claims Dropbos Management Dropbox license procurement, account creation , folder permissions & license Renewals Smartsheet Administration Smartsheet license Procuremnt, account creation , granting permissions & license renewals Software & Plugins Installation, Troubleshooting & Updates Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and regular updating of business and end-user softwares and Plugins Installation, configuration, and maintenance of a wide range of design software applications and Plugins Troubleshooting software compatibility, licensing, and performance issues Coordinating with vendors for software support and renewal requirements AI Tools & Subscription Management Procurement of AI-based software subscriptions based on business requirements Installation, configuration, and user onboarding for AI tools and platformsMonitoring subscription renewals and coordinating budget requirements Printing & Document Services MFP's, 3d Printer and Plotter printer support PaperCut printing solution administration and maintenance ID card printer support Infrastructure & Specialized Support Meeting rooms / Boardroom AV and IT support Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems including Teams-certified conferencing hardware, touch panels, and room scheduling panels Video wall content management and operational support Render Farm Support and Troubleshooting IT Support During Site Launches & Expo Events Providing full IT support during new site or sales launch events. Preparing complete IT setup one day prior to launch, including laptops, printers, network connectivity, and Wi-Fi arrangements. Ensuring on-site, full-time support during launch periods, including weekends and after working hours. Being ready to support at any launch or event location within the project, based on business requirements. Retail POS Support Provide IT support for POS systems across retail outlets Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of POS devices and peripherals Installation, setup, and maintenance of POS applications such as Foodics and Redcat Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of retail billing and payment systems Provide network support for retail outlets, including troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues Support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR devices, and monitoring stations Documentation & Reporting Maintain up-to-date IT documentation for infrastructure, systems, and supported services Document installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures for hardware and software Maintain asset records, software license details, and renewal tracking documentation Document network, AV, and meeting room configurations including MTR and specialized systems
