IT Support Executive

We are looking for IT Support Executive

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Provide 1st level IT help desk Support

Installing and Configuring computer systems

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Setting up accounts for new users

logging and processing support calls

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

1-2 years of experience is required.
