IT Support Executive

Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Support Executive to ensure the smooth and secure operation of our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both system and network support, with strong expertise in managing servers, networks, and firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and firewalls to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and apply updates to ensure data security and uptime.
• Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure in line with technical requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT policies, security protocols, and backup strategies.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system and network support roles.
• Strong expertise in server management, network configuration, and firewall administration.
• Good understanding of data security, backup systems, and IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
