IT Support Executive

Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Support Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support while also handling IT administration tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
  • Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure
  • Perform routine system backups and ensure data security
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support services
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic server administration
  • Experience in IT administration and helpdesk support
  • Well-organized with strong documentation and time management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with firewall configuration and network security
  • Knowledge of backup solutions and cloud services
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
