IT Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Support Executive to manage and secure our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, ensuring seamless system performance, secure access and business continuity across Head Office and remote teams.If you have hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security best practices, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a structured and forward-thinking IT environment. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

  • Manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, virtual networks)
  • Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage users and policies via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Optimize Microsoft licensing and subscription costs

🔹 Identity & Access Management

  • Manage user provisioning and lifecycle
  • Implement MFA and Conditional Access
  • Maintain secure role-based access controls (RBAC)

🔹 Security & Compliance

  • Manage Microsoft Defender and DLP policies
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts
  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance

🔹 Device & Endpoint Management

  • Manage company devices via Microsoft Intune
  • Enforce security policies and patch management
  • Secure laptops and mobile devices for onsite and remote users

🔹 Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Configure Azure Backup solutions
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans

🔹 Automation & Optimization

  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks
  • Maintain system documentation and optimize performance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center & Azure Administration
  • Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Defender
  • Strong understanding of Conditional Access & security related best practices
  • Experience managing VPNs and cloud connectivity
  • Knowledge of Azure backup & disaster recovery
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 1–2 years of IT Support / Cloud Administration experience
  • AZ-104 and MS-102 certifications are preferred
